Digital or Film? I have converted to "Digital Imaging". For years I would have argued that digital was not as good as film. Well, in my humble opinion, digital is now superior to film images. Technology changes so fast! In fact I was recently informed by my professional lab that they no longer develop and print film images. Who would have thought that in just a few short years there would be such a tremendous change in the art form? Photographic Equipment As for the specifics of my photography equipment - the whole world has gone digital! I have a Canon 5D Mk. II and a Canon 40D with several different lens. I couple the cameras with a Canon Flash system, a 580 EX II and and 580 EX. When I shoot weddings, I always have at least two of everything - just in case. (Ask the photographer that shoots your wedding if he has a backup system....just in case!) Professional Photographic Lab I use Pounds Professional Photographic Labs as my photo lab. They offer professional photographers so many different services. Professional papers, mounting, retouching, and digital retouching. Just about anything you want is available.
